- §2What we process
- When you submit the contact form we process name, email, optional organisation, topic, urgency and message text. The purpose is to reply to your enquiry. The basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
- §3How it is sent
- The form posts to a PHP script at our hosting provider (Hostinger), which forwards the content as email to [email protected] through the host’s mail service. The script does not log message content.
- §4Abuse protection
- To limit abuse the script stores a pseudonymous identifier (SHA-256 hash of domain and IP address) and a counter in a temporary folder outside the public web root. At most five attempts per 15 minutes. Files older than 15 minutes are deleted on the next submission.
- §5Retention
- Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to follow up the matter and then deleted. We have not set a fixed number of months; you can request deletion at any time.
- §6Cookies and local storage
- We use no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Your browser’s localStorage only stores your choice in the storage banner (key “lean-consent”). The crisis tools run locally and store nothing. Fonts are served from our own domain.
- §7Your rights
- You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
